- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I along with a bunch of my co workers are regular customers. This particular location use to have 1 teller that always acted grumpy and really disliked young adults. She was transferred to Wayzata, but probably should have been fired. March 19, 2012 this location apparently started to charge $3 or more for cashing checks, but they will refund you for the amount "you incurred" if you open an account with them...this put the nail in the coffin. Grumpy employee is tolerable but surprise fee is not. Some places will offer to GIVE money into your account whereas this location thinks holding money hostage will convert more customers. I use to consider starting up a business account here at Anchor Bank, but now I will take my "business" elsewhere. Hey, at least at Wellsfargo tellers pretend to be nice and all... 1 less potential customer and I will never refer friends to any Anchor Bank. I suppose this is why the location is never busy. My advice - treat young adults better because they are potential long term customers. Looking to bank somewhere? I suggest looking elsewhere.By A Google User, September 23, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So bummed because I really loved this store. Shipped a gift to a friend in Mn, and was told the shipping price. Turns out they charged more than that to my card without ever telling me the full price (including a $2.50 "labor charge") when I was checking out! Other UPS stores and postal stores don't do this. They charged me for packing peanuts too. The package definitely did not need them and I did not ask for them, and the price for them was never discussed.By Nicole Jude, August 22, 2017
